SUPER ALL WHEEL CONTROL (S-AWC)

Outstanding 4WD technology

S-AWC offers complete control in any road situation. This permanent four-wheel drive electronically optimizes driving and braking force to each wheel when accelerating, cornering or braking. The result is better handling and stability in any driving condition.

Longitudinal Torque Distribution

This part of S-AWC optimizes torque distribution between the front and rear wheels. It utilizes the tyre friction force to create greater traction and to improve cornering performance.

DRIVE MODE

The 4WD OUTLANDER has six different drive modes and 5 with the 2WD model, each designed for a specific road condition. Just rotate the dial until the mode you want appears in the Multi-Information Display.

The front of the 2023 OUTLANDER incorporates the DYNAMIC SHIELD. This feature, common across much of the Mitsubishi range, creates a structure that offers protection and security.

Strong, muscular proportions

The all-new OUTLANDER has sculpted sides, muscular wheel arches and solid fenders. Further back, the flared rear pillar resembles a jet tail fin.

HORIZONTAL ROOF LINE

A solid, confident feel

You’ll quickly notice the strong horizontal roof line and a sculpted hexagonal shape. This was influenced by the Mitsubishi Pajero.

LED HEADLIGHTS

A brighter view ahead

High-performance LED headlights illuminate more of the road ahead without dazzling oncoming vehicles. Daytime running lights are positioned high, to give the all-new OUTLANDER sharper looks and make the vehicle more obvious to other road users and pedestrians.

HORIZONTAL REAR LIGHTS

More visible from behind

The rear lights have a horizontal bias which ends in a T-shape. This helps to highlight the width of your vehicle for motorists travelling behind. Like the front lights, the rear lights are LED, which are brighter than traditional lights, and take up less space.

20-INCH WHEELS

An extra touch of sophistication

The all-new OUTLANDER is available with 20-inch alloy wheels in a machined finish. These add an air of confidence and sophistication.

DIAMOND COLOR SERIES

A richer, deeper colour

The 2023 OUTLANDER is available in a range of modern colours. The 3-layer Diamond series all have a richer, deeper finish and colours include White Diamond, Black Diamond and new Red Diamond.

TO TONE COLOR SCHEME

Sophisticated colour finishes

If you want to add to the all-new OUTLANDER’s already distinctive design, consider a two-tone colour scheme. Opt for either the Deep Bronze roof and Black Diamond body or Black Mica roof and White Diamond body.

ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL [ACC]

Keeping a distance from the vehicle in front

ACC maintains a selected distance between your vehicle and the car ahead via radar and camera and can even automatically come to a complete stop. The Stop & Go function can automatically resume ACC from a stop, which is useful in traffic jams on highways.

LANE KEEP ASSIST [LKA]

Keeping your vehicle in lane

LKA helps keep your vehicle in your lane and prevents unintended lane departure. The onboard camera detects lane markers on both sides of the lane and uses those to guide the vehicle.

LANE DEPARTURE PREVENTION [LDP]

Reduce drifting out of your lane

If your vehicle is moving across from its lane and you're not using your indicators, you’ll first be alerted by a vibrating steering wheel and a blinking light on the digital driver’s display. It will then apply the brakes to one side of the vehicle to help keep you safely in your original lane.

Greater control at your fingertips

The Full Digital Driver Display turns the speedometer and rev counter into an info hub. Choose one mode and it displays the traditional rev counter and speedo. Choose another mode and you’ll get an enriched display showing the 4WD status or the navigation map and more. Just select your preferred mode from a switch on the steering wheel.

9-INCH SMARTPHONE LINK DISPLAY

Stay connected with your smartphone

The 2023 OUTLANDER has a 9-inch display* with intuitive touchscreen. It’s the hub for the Multi-Around Monitor, the navigation system, journey status information and all your audio needs. It also allows you to link your smartphone** to the vehicle so you can use your favourite apps with hands-free voice commands.

* An 8-inch display is also available, but without the navigation system.

POWER REMOTE TAILGATE

Hands-free access to the cargo area

The OUTLANDER’S power remote tailgate can be opened or closed in under 5 seconds by just placing your foot under the rear bumper. It’s ideal if you’ve got your hands full. You can also program the opening position, so it doesn’t open too high for your garage.

MITSUBISHI CONNECT links you, your car and the outside world like never before, with more security and convenience.
